Beauty is quality of the heart. It is more than skin deep…Claire’s high school senior session totally emulated her heart and passion for the things that are important. Just look at her gorgeous grin and smiling eyes. She expressed her ideas for fashion, the areas for backdrops, indoor and out, and also injected some sassy poses.
We enjoyed an early morning fog on an amazing fall morning, which was perfect on the Westerville Sports Complex soccer fields. Who could have guessed how beautiful a soccer goal could look with such a dazzling specimen staged inside. This high school senior was very excited about dressing up and trying new outfit changes and props. I mean, check her out in that black tutu on the soccer field, athleticism and sophistication, all in one.
I’ve had the great pledge of knowing Claire as her track coach for 2 of her 4 years at St. Francis DeSales High School in Columbus, OH. It’s not until I gained the honor of photographing her high school senior portraits, that I really got to appreciate Claire outside of a coach/athlete relationship.
Claire is an intelligent and active high school senior. She has played on her high school’s varsity soccer & track teams, club soccer, piano, AP classes, work and of course, fun with friends and family.
This 2017 high school senior also loves and photographs well outdoors. How often do you find a white couch in the woods of Westerville perfect for a photo session? Well, as often as you lug one around in your van. The tufted sofa with her fashion style were a great match in the woodsy areas of Heritage Park. Take a look at these wonderful colors Claire put together to show off her warm spirit with class and sass.
When Claire suggested Uptown Westerville, Ohio to finish out her outdoor senior session, I thought a hat would be elegant and fashionable. Check. Her. Out. Beautiful! Her body language speaks innocent, fun-loving, smart, go-getter, and a butt-kicker in everything she pursues.
